Cancellation policy

1. Overview:
We understand that sometimes life happens, and you may need to change or cancel an appointment. This Cancellation Policy has been established to ensure that all our clients receive the best care and access to our services. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
2. Cancellation Notice Period:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another client in need.
3. No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notification will be considered a 'no-show'. A fee may be charged for missed appointments.
4. Refund Policy:
Payments for services rendered are final. Refunds are not accepted once the service has been performed.
5. Rescheduling:
We are happy to reschedule appointments when given appropriate notice as stated above. However, repeated rescheduling might lead to a requirement for advance payment before booking future sessions.
6. Exceptions:
We understand that there can be genuine emergencies. If you experience a sudden, unavoidable crisis, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
